🔒 Scope
This policy applies only to graphic and print design tasks submitted by SKUNKWORK™ subscribers. All other services (fix tasks, SEO, support, etc.) remain unlimited during active subscription periods.
✅ Token System
- Each completed design task = 1 design token
- Fix tasks are not tokenised — these remain unlimited for all subscribers.
- Token allocations reset if a subscription is cancelled or paused.

If paused or cancelled, the token tier resets to Month 1 upon re-subscription.

Like Gold, pausing/cancelling resets progression. Once Unlimited is reached, it is retained unless the subscription lapses.
💡 Additional Policy Points
- Stacking: Tokens do not roll over month to month — use them or lose them.
- Revisions: Minor revisions do not count as separate tokens unless the task scope changes significantly.
- Abuse Prevention: SKUNKWORK™ reserves the right to decline excessive, low-effort submissions clearly intended to game the system.
- Transparency: Design token usage is tracked and visible to the subscriber via their dashboard or account manager.
🔒 Reasonable Use Clause for “Unlimited” Services
While SKUNKWORK™ offers unlimited tasks on select services within our Green, Gold and Black subscription tiers, this is subject to a Fair Usage Policy. In order to maintain service quality for all customers:
- A soft cap of 5 concurrent active tasks applies per subscriber.
- A maximum of 40 total tasks per month may be submitted, per active subscription, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Submissions that are excessive, automated, duplicated, or non-viable in nature may be rejected or deprioritised at SKUNKWORK™’s discretion.
- “Unlimited” refers to task eligibility within the subscription, not infinite simultaneous execution or guaranteed queue priority.
SKUNKWORK™ reserves the right to pause, review or cancel a subscription if usage shows signs of abuse, strain on service capacity, or deviates significantly from normal use by comparable subscribers.
🧾 Named Account Usage Policy
All SKUNKWORK™ subscription services, including but not limited to design task tokens, fix tasks, and AI integrations, are strictly intended for use by the registered company or individual named on the subscriber account.
- All tasks submitted must relate exclusively to the subscriber’s own brand(s), products, websites, or services.
- Tasks submitted on behalf of third-party clients, subsidiaries, or unrelated brands are strictly prohibited.
- SKUNKWORK™ does not permit the use of its subscription plans by agencies, studios, or resellers intending to outsource client work through our platform.
- Any attempt to circumvent this clause — including masking or misrepresenting client-related work — will result in immediate suspension or cancellation of the subscription without refund, and may result in legal action.
We reserve the right to request supporting documentation to confirm brand ownership if a task submission appears to violate this policy.
🔁 Pause & Cancellation Impact on Fair Usage
Pausing or cancelling your subscription at any time will result in the immediate reset of your Fair Usage token allocation for design tasks (graphic and print).
- Your token accrual resets to the base month allocation upon resuming or re-subscribing, regardless of how long the subscription was previously active.
- This policy exists to incentivize continuous commitment and ensure fair access to SKUNKWORK™ resources for all active subscribers.
For example, a Gold plan subscriber who reaches Month 4 (with 10 tokens/month) and then pauses or cancels will return to Month 1 (4 tokens) if they restart at a later date.
Black tier follows a similar structure with a faster unlock path to unlimited, but resets also apply upon pause or cancellation.
