1. Scope
This policy governs graphic and print design tasks submitted by SKUNKWORK™ subscribers. All other services, including fix tasks, SEO, support, maintenance, and updates, remain unlimited during active subscription periods.
2. Token System
- Each completed design task consumes one (1) design token.
- Fix and maintenance tasks are not tokenised and remain unlimited for all subscribers.
- Token allowances reset to the initial tier upon subscription pause or cancellation.
3. Token Allowance by Plan
3.1 Blue Plan

*For unlimited design tasks, subscribers may only have one (1) design task open at any time. Concurrent open tasks are not permitted.
4. Additional Policy Provisions
4.1 Token Validity
- Design tokens do not carry over between months and expire if unused.
- Minor revisions that do not alter the scope of the task do not consume additional tokens.
4.2 Fair Use and Abuse Prevention
- SKUNKWORK™ reserves the right to refuse or suspend service for submissions that are excessive, frivolous, or intended to exploit the system.
- Token usage is monitored and made available to subscribers via their dashboard or account manager.
5. Named Account and Usage Restrictions
- All subscription services are licensed for use exclusively by the registered subscriber (company or individual).
- Submitted tasks must relate solely to the subscriber’s own brands, products, websites, or services.
- Submissions on behalf of third parties, subsidiaries, or unrelated brands are prohibited.
- Use of SKUNKWORK™ services for outsourcing, agency, reseller, or client work is strictly forbidden.
- Violations of this clause will result in immediate suspension or cancellation of the subscription without refund and may result in legal proceedings.
- SKUNKWORK™ reserves the right to request documentation verifying brand ownership where necessary.
6. Pause and Cancellation
The Black Plan follows the same reset structure.
Pausing or cancelling a subscription immediately resets the subscriber’s token allowance to Month 1 levels upon reactivation or resubscription.
For example, a Blue Plan subscriber who reached Month 4 (10 tokens/month) and pauses or cancels will resume at Month 1 with 4 tokens/month upon rejoining.
