1. Introduction
Welcome to SKUNKWORK™, operated by SKUNKWORK GROUP LTD (Company No. 16541413), registered in England & Wales, with principal office at 50 Darnley Street, Gravesend, Kent, DA11 0PH, UK.
These Terms & Conditions and Service Level Agreement govern your use of:

By subscribing or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, you must not use our platform.

2. Definitions
Agreement: This complete Terms & SLA document
Task: Individual service request submitted by Client
Kit: Structured service bundle (e.g., Website Fix Kit, Design Kit)
Execution: Point when a Skunk™ begins work on a task
Business Days: Monday-Friday, excluding UK public holidays
Staging: Secure testing environment before live deployment

Note: All timeframes are calculated within the applicable operating hours for the plan, excluding non-operating periods (e.g., weekends, holidays) unless explicitly stated as business days.
4.3 SLA Terms
- SLA begins when Skunk™ starts execution (logged in our system)
- Client delays (late responses, missing information) extend delivery times
- Revisions within original scope don't restart SLA timers
- External dependencies (third-party approvals, API issues) may cause delays beyond our control
- Timeframes refer to operating hours as defined in Section 3.3, ensuring alignment with plan-specific availability.
5. Plan Upgrades
You may upgrade your subscription at any time by contacting support. Pro-rated charges apply for the remainder of your billing cycle. Upgrades take effect immediately upon payment confirmation.
6. Loyalty Rewards Program
6.1 Eligibility
To qualify for monthly loyalty rewards:
- Maintain active paid subscription (Green, Blue, or Black)
- Complete 2 consecutive months of uninterrupted subscription (no pauses or downgrades)
- Rewards become available starting in month 3
Important: Cancelling or pausing resets your eligibility counter.
6.2 Rewards Include
- Premium gift vouchers (up to £1,000)
- Tech gadgets and accessories
- Google Ads credits (up to £1,000)
- Business software subscriptions
- Free task credits
- Exclusive merchandise
6.3 Claiming Rewards
- Rewards must be claimed within the calendar month issued
- Unclaimed rewards expire and cannot be recovered
- Instructions provided via email and CRM portal
- Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
6.4 Third-Party Items
- Hardware/software covered by manufacturer warranty only
- SKUNKWORK provides no support for third-party reward items
- Contact manufacturers directly for defects or issues
7. Cancellation & Refunds
7.1 Cancellation
Cancel or pause your subscription anytime via:
- Shopify customer portal
- CRM at https://skunkwork.co.uk
- Email to support@skunkwork.co.uk
Effects of cancellation:
- Immediate end to loyalty rewards eligibility
- Resets consecutive month counter
- Active tasks may continue if already assigned, at SKUNKWORK’s discretion
7.2 Refund Policy

8. Privacy & Data Protection
8.1 Data We Collect
- Contact and billing information
- Task briefs and project details
- Login credentials (stored securely in Zoho Vault)
- Support communications
- Reward claim activity
Payment details handled by Shopify - not stored by SKUNKWORK.
8.2 Data Use
Data used only for:
- Delivering services and managing tasks
- Subscription and reward administration
- Customer support
- Platform security and fraud prevention
We never sell or rent your data to third parties.
8.3 Data Retention

9. Acceptable Use
9.1 Prohibited Activities
You must not:
- Submit illegal, offensive, or harmful content requests
- Attempt to game loyalty rewards through fake accounts
- Share login credentials insecurely
- Upload malicious files or attempt unauthorized system access
- Harass or abuse Skunks™ or support staff
- Resell SKUNKWORK output without permission
9.2 Consequences
Violations may result in:
- Immediate service suspension
- Task queue freeze pending investigation
- Loyalty rewards forfeiture
- Permanent account termination
- Legal action where appropriate
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 Ownership Transfer
All work created by SKUNKWORK remains our property until:
- Full payment received for the task
- Task officially marked as complete
- No outstanding disputes upon satisfaction of the above conditions, ownership and all intellectual property rights in the deliverables transfer to the Client, subject to any third-party licenses or restrictions noted in the task documentation.
Upon completion and payment, you receive full commercial usage rights to deliverables.
10.2 Restrictions
You may not:
- Resell or sublicense SKUNKWORK deliverables to third parties
- Use our work to create competing services
- Remove SKUNKWORK branding without permission
10.3 Third-Party Materials
Some deliverables may include third-party assets (fonts, stock images, software libraries). You're responsible for complying with their licensing terms.
10.4 Portfolio Usage
We may use non-confidential work samples for marketing and portfolio purposes unless you specifically prohibit this in writing.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 Liability Limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SKUNKWORK's total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11.2 Excluded Damages
We are not liable for:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- Data loss (you must maintain backups)
- Third-party service failures
- Delays due to circumstances beyond our control
11.3 Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays caused by:
- Natural disasters, pandemics, or acts of God
- Government actions or regulations
- Cyberattacks or internet service failures
- Power outages or infrastructure failures
- Labor strikes or disputes
If force majeure continues for 30+ days, either party may terminate without penalty.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. All disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
Dispute Resolution Process:
- Good-faith negotiations (30 days)
- Mediation with independent mediator
- Court proceedings if mediation fails
13. General Provisions
13.1 Entire Agreement
This document, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific service agreements, constitutes the complete agreement between parties.
13.2 Amendments
We may update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email and website notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13.3 Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement continues in full effect.
13.4 Assignment
You may not assign this Agreement without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to affiliated companies.
