Based on the official Simple/Medium/Complex timings:

  • Simple KIT Tasks:
    Delivered same day or within 24 hours depending on queue position.

  • Medium KIT Tasks:
    Delivered within 48 hours (2 business days).

  • Complex KIT Tasks (if triggered):
    Delivered within 3–7 business days.

⏳ Timers begin after all required content, files, and access permissions are received.
🛑 Missing information pauses the delivery timer until supplied.

📦 DELIVERY INCLUDES

  • Full completion of the KIT following its defined protocol workflow

  • All outputs, files, and deliverables as specified per KIT

  • Built-in optimisation & QA checks (per the KIT’s protocol)

  • Secure handling of credentials with post-completion purge

  • Optional brief explanation of actions taken

➡️ Revisions:
Simple and Medium KITS inherently include structured review stages within the protocol.
Out-of-scope changes are billed as an additional KIT or added as a new request.

  • One-Off KITS are 100% upfront (flat £199+VAT).

  • Work begins only after payment + required access and assets are received.

  • Extra tasks, redesigns, or additional scopes are quoted separately.

🔒 SECURITY & SLA

  • All work follows SKUNKWORK™ Security & Stability protocols.

  • Firewalls, malware scans, or GDPR actions apply only if part of the chosen KIT.

  • All access credentials are encrypted in transit and purged after delivery.

  • For higher speed, priority queue, unlimited KITS, and 24/7 oversight,
    upgrade to a SKUNKWORK™ GREEN, BLUE, or BLACK Plan.
